DX SABERS LLC will always act in the best interest of the customer as well as the business, but will not allow the company to be abused through policy manipulation, dramatic emotional verbal abuse, increased pressure to increase priority over other customers, cyber bullying, or any other similar action related to the previously stated.
DX SABERS LLC recommends that children under the age of 5 do not use these toys as they may not be safe for children under this age to use unsupervised, and requires parental supervision if used under the age of 5 years old. DX SABERS LLC is not liable for any damages caused with the products or images produced and distributed.
If you cancel before the saber is delivered to you then we have to issue the refund in store credit as your funds have been invested in creating your make to order saber for you.
If you refuse the store credit then you will have to be scheduled a refund which will have a restocking fee of $59 dollars and a processing fee of $29, which is subject to change based on the value of your item.
Every item does say in stock because our business model is make to order with a lead time of 2-6 weeks of completion of the item.
This does not mean that the product will be delivered in 2-6 weeks, but that it is made and completed within this time frame and then will be shipped to you with ground shipping via DHL, UPS, or USPS only based on your location.
If you would like a full refund without fees you just need to wait until the saber arrives and then send it back to us.
Once we receive it then we will schedule your refund immediately for you.
The reason for this is because you pay us and we use that money to make your saber for you and then it is finished and we send it to you.
Over this time when a customer wants a refund, their money is already invested so it will take the time that it takes to get to you and for you to send it back for us to recoup your money to refund you while also keeping the product we made for you which we now have to spend time and money selling to make the money back.
As a result, once the saber is delivered please just send it back and then we can happily refund you, and again this is not saying we will not refund you or we are refusing to refund you in any sense of the matter.
We are letting you know that you are not only entitled to your refund and we are happy to give it to you, but it must come at a later date as a result of the business model.
